About me
Hi, I'm Bridget Robertson.
I am a mother of two, and currently blessed with three adorable grandchildren, so far.
I live in Hastings in the beautiful Hawkes Bay, along the east coast of the central North Island of New Zealand.
For the last 23 Years I have owned and operated a successful Therapeutic Remedial Massage Business, working full time with an amazing client base.
I absolutely love my job, it’s been a privilege to work in the health and wellbeing industry for over two decades.
I put my success down to taking care of myself mentally and physically, getting my own regular massage, chiropractic care and any other self care necessary, and developing a mindset for personal growth.
Many of my clients have been with me for as long as I’ve been in business and I have watched them grow on many levels, health, well-being, spiritually, mentally, and physically as well as watch families change and grow.
I’ve loved the connections I’ve formed over the years, as I’m sure you can understand this is a relationship built on trust, privacy, vulnerability, confidence, and respect.
I know how important mindset is and the power of the mind-body connection, I’ve learnt that physical pain is often a manifestation or by-product of stress, emotional pain, sometimes even a negative belief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-doubt, heartache, resentment, bitterness, anger, rejection, abuse, violence, addiction and more.
Nobody wants to carry the weight of the world around on their shoulders, back pain, body aches, baggage, unwanted stress, sleepless nights, headaches, migraine, knots in their stomachs,... it all stays bound and suppressed in the body affecting the immune system and reflecting on emotional health and overall well-being until it is dealt with and released.
It has been through my own personal trauma and challenges, as well as observing, listening to my clients, realising often people just want to be heard, understood, valued, reassured, encouraged, or affirmed that I have become inspired to look deeper into the mind-body connections, the conscious and unconscious mind, human behaviour, patterns, habits, belief systems and what’s really going on underneath these physical issues… Mindset… What? How? When?
So, I decided to become a Life Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist and study NLP (neuro-linguistic programming).
