Hypnotherapy
What is hypnotherapy?
A therapeutic technique utilising:
- hypnosis,
- coaching; and
- Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP);
to create and reinforce positive changes in:
- behaviour,
- unwanted habits,
- thoughts,
- feelings; and
- limiting beliefs.
Through:
- relaxation techniques,
- verbal cues and repetition; and/or
- visualisation or imagery;
You will be gently guided into a deep state of awareness and heightened concentration, enabling you to ignore distraction ~ quietening your conscious mind and allowing engagement of your unconscious mind to modify the unwanted behaviours and create positive change.
